Is any of it free?
The EMV card reader is free with NRS PAY, and the Panther app on your own Android tablet has no hardware cost. Any other free or discounted hardware is a specific offer, which Dipendra confirms in writing before you sign.
Are there setup fees?
NRS advertises no hidden setup fees on its POS deals. Dipendra lists everything you'll pay, including any installation or Petro work, in your quote.
I already have a POS. Is there a trade-in?
NRS runs a POS trade-in program. Tell Dipendra what you use now and you'll get an honest comparison, including what you pay for card processing.
Do prices include tax?
No. NRS hardware and plan prices are before tax.
How much does a POS system cost per month?
NRS software plans run $19.95 (Basic), $34.95 (Pro), $49.95 (Advanced) and $79.95 (Elite) a month with NRS PAY, or $29.95 to $109.95 without it. Each extra terminal is $19.95/mo. Pay yearly and get one month free. Card processing is separate.
What does card processing cost with NRS PAY?
Clean Rate is 2.49% + 10¢ per card-present sale (3.49% + 10¢ keyed) plus $10 a month. The cash discount plan is $49.95/mo, or $0 when you process over $18,000 a month in card sales. EBT Unlimited is $49.95/mo with $0 per EBT swipe.
Is there a long-term contract?
NRS markets NRS PAY with no long-term contract and no early-termination fee, though an agreement is required and equipment must be returned if you leave ($350 per device if it isn't). Dipendra walks you through the terms before you sign.
